qualifications from universities in Colombo, Peradeniya, Osaka and Toronto. A committed senior lecturer with over 25 years of experience at leading academic universities, colleges and institutions, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds, he is a brilliant communicator and an exceptional administrator along with a practitioner of constructive and effective teaching methods that promote and stimulate learning excellence. Dr Adams has lectured at many conferences in Asia and around the world and has also been a part of CEO Forums in Asian and SAARC countries. As academic practitioner he has had a stellar career and
been a part of the CIO/ CTO Forums for the Asian region.
