Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Guidance: Provide personalized counselling to students and their families regarding academic programs, university applications, and career pathways.
  • Application Assistance: Assist students in the preparation and submission of university applications, including reviewing essays, resumes, and other required documents.
  • Career Counseling: Help students identify their strengths, interests, and career goals, and provide guidance on suitable courses and universities.
  • Information Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group information sessions on various educational programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure a smooth and successful application process.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with students to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support throughout the application process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in education, university admissions, and career counseling to provide accurate and current information.
  • Event Participation: Represent the consultancy at educational fairs, seminars, and other events to promote our services and connect with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in student counseling, educational consulting, or a related field.
  • Education: Fluency in English & Hindi, Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of university admissions processes, academic programs, and career guidance.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Empathy: A compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling, with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of students.
